CitizenXVII's journey began in 2002, while away at summer camp. He linked up with Spacific and long-time friend and collaborator Tab Trill. He began piecing together bars. 2 years later he began beatmaking after picking up Acid 3.0. In 2005, as Cinsere LogiQ, he combined with Dion Lynk and the 'Wiz Qidz' were born. In 2006 he merged with Blacklite. The rest is history!
